No record of project review meetings, says rly ministry

THERE is no record of minutes of the meetings chaired by the minister of railways in the past five years regarding the status of several projects across the country, stated the ministry of railways in a reply to a RTI.
In his reply to RTI activist Dayanand Krishnan, the chief public information officer (PIO) Deepak Singh stated, "The PIO is not supposed to create information that is not part of the records.
