NSE kicks off listing process, forms 5-person IPO committee

AFTER securing the go-ahead from market regulator Securities and Exchange Board (Sebi), the NSE kicked off the listing, with its board forming a panel to oversee the IPO process on Friday, which is likely to raise $23,000 crore.
The NSE board on Friday considered and approved undertaking an IPO through an offer-for-sale of equity shares of face value of Re 1 by the existing shareholders.
