Tata to double charging points to 4 lakh by 2027

TATA EV, electric vehicle arm of Tata Motors which controls more than half of the EV space, has roped in independent charging point operators (CPOs) to help build mega charging points.
The company's charging station count will go up to 4 lakh points, more than double of existing count.
The immediate plan is to enable over 30,000 public fast chargers via its open collaboration framework.
