IPO valuation driven by mkt forces, Sebi has no role: Pandey

AMID growing concerns over inflated valuations in some of the recent initial public offers (IPOs), Sebi chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey on Thursday said the regulator has no role in IPO valuations.
The Sebi chief said its role is limited to ensuring transparency and full disclosures, not determining valuations.
