BRFL Textiles to Merge with Gokaldas Exports

The board of directors of Bengaluru-based garments exporter Gokaldas Exports Ltd (GEX) has approved the amalgamation of BRFL Textiles Pvt Ltd (BTPL), with Gokaldas Exports Ltd at a board meeting held on 9 August 2025.
The draft Scheme of Amalgamation of BTPL with the company and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, will be subject to all necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals, the company said in a statement.
