FACING backlash from his party for praising LDF-ruled Kerala, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Sunday stuck to his stance but attempted a balancing act by acknowledging the contributions of the previous Congress-led governments in the state's industrial sector.
Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Tharoor clarified that he has always stood for development and investment in the state.
