Retail auto sales grow 3% in April on festive purchases, rural demand

ON the back of festive purchases around Akshay Tritiya and rural demand post-harvest, India's total automobile retail sales rose 2.95% year-on-year in April 2025 to 22.87 lakh units, as per the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA).
