HOLDING the Congress government responsible for the stampede in Chinnaswamy Stadium where 11 people died during the RCB victory celebration held recently, the BJP District Unit has alleged that the government has made police scapegoats by suspending them to hide its failure.
Addressing media persons on Wednesday, District President Gurulingappa Angadi, along with other party members said that the government is solely responsible for the mishap where 11 innocent people lost their lives. "Now, since the government is unable to accept its failure, it was looking for some scapegoat, so the government, in a hurry, simply took action on the police
