TERMING the Centre's decision to suspend the Indus River Treaty of 1960 as impractical, AICC president and LoP in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi's absence at the all-party meeting held in New Delhi to discuss the Pahalgam terror attack.
"Does the country have enough dams to store water stopped from flowing into the Pakistan territory?" Kharge wondered when he was asked whether he was satisfied with the Centre's decisions to punish Pakistan for allegedly sponsoring the attack.
