'Disguised veto delaying blacklisting of terrorists': India calls for UN reforms

HIGHLIGHTING the need for greater transparency in the operations of the UN Security Council's subsidiary bodies, India said the reasons for rejecting or delaying requests to blacklist terrorist organisations are not disclosed publicly and remain confined to a select group of individuals, describing it as a "disguised veto."
