In what appears to be a setback for the West Bengal government, President Droupadi Murmu recently sent the 'Aparajita Bill', passed in the state assembly last year, back to Raj Bhavan, Kolkata, after raising a few questions, sources said on Friday.
Subsequently, West Bengal Governor C V Ananda Bose sent back the bill to the assembly Speaker.
