KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KLE Deemed University), Belagavi, will confer the honorary degree of Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) (Honoris Causa) on its distinguished alumnus, Prof. Dr. Shailesh V Shrikhande, Deputy Director of Tata Memorial Hospital and Head of Cancer Surgery at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai.
