FORMER Bihar CM and RJD leader Rabri Devi on Friday accused the BJP and JD(U) of conspiring to get her son and ex-Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav murdered before the upcoming Assembly polls in the state.

- RAMASHANKAR @ Patna

Talking to the media outside the state Legislative Council, Rabri Devi, who is also the LoP in the upper House, claimed there had been four attempts on Tejashwi's life. She said that the BJP and JD(U) were jittery over the growing popularity of Tejashwi and hence were conspiring against him. "BJP and JD(U) are conspiring... We know who is behind it," she remarked, attracting sharp reactions from senior BJP leaders.
