CSCID seizes 115 vehicles for smuggling ration rice

The Civil Supplies - Crime Investigation Department (CS-CID) here seized 176 tonnes of ration rice and 115 vehicles for illegal smuggling in 2024.
A CS-CID police official said, "The district has come first in the state for releasing and auctioning seized vehicles after imposing fines in 2024. 245 vehicles were seized for illegal ration rice transport and were then released
