'Provocative speech': Plea to file case against Annamalai

SOCIAL activist Piyush Manush has petitioned Kattoor police on Monday, seeking the registration of a case against former Tamil Nadu BJP president K Annamalai for a provocative speech made during a protest here last December.
In his complaint, Piyush said the speech, delivered on December 19, 2024, near Anna Statue in Gandhipuram, included remarks that promoted violence and undermined the rule of law.
