Consumer Cause, a city-based consumer forum has opposed the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited's (TNPDCL) proposal to implement a monthly billing system for power consumption.
COIMBATORE K Kathirmathiyon, secretary of the forum, sent a letter to the chief minister urging the government not to adopt the monthly billing system.
