UNION minister for Steel and Heavy Industries HD Kumaraswamy has asked the officials of his ministry to revoke the decision to relocate Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute (BPNSI) from Kalinga Nagar in Jajpur to Rourkela steel plant (RSP) campus.
