CBI seeks Interpol help to bring back nightclub owners from Thailand

Police said that Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra, owners of the Birch nightclub, fled to Thailand soon after the incident. The Goa Police had requested the CBI to seek the notice, which helps agencies collect information on a person’s identity, location, or activities during a criminal investigation.
