MotoHaus to invest ₹250cr in plant expansion for local manufacturing

HOMEGROWN auto retail firm MotoHaus, which launched its first India dealership in Bengaluru recently, is charting a gradual, yet robust expansion roadmap, which will involve a sizable dealership network, manufacturing footprint, and new products for the discerning Indian customer.
At present, MotoHaus, a venture of Kolhapur-headquartered KAW Veloce Motors (KVMPL), is looking to offer a slew of motorcycles and e-scooters, from the stables of Austria's Brixton Motorcycles and Italy's Velocifero (VLF).
Accordingly, the new dealership in Jayanagar, which has been set up with Infini Energy Motors as dealer partner, offers Brixton's Crossfire 500X, Crossfire 500XC, Cromwell 1200, and Cromwell 1200X, along with VLF's Tennis Electric Scooter. Separately, in the first quarter of next year, MotoHaus plans to launch an adventure tourer under the Brixton umbrella, besides an ICE scooter from VLF.
