A heart-wrenching tragedy unfolded when a bullock cart, carrying a farmer and his three young sons, overturned while they were crossing the Agrani River near Naganur PA village in Athani taluk on Tuesday evening.
Two children and a bullock drowned in the swollen river, while the father and another child were rescued by villagers.
