PRIME Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday attacked the Congress, demanding that it disclose which foreign power intervened and stopped India from taking military action against Pakistan in the aftermath of the 26/11 attacks.
Modi alleged that after the 2008 Mumbai attacks, the military was ready to respond, but a foreign hand intervened and prevented Indian response.
