SKM delegation meets Dallewal, calls for unity

A meeting has been scheduled for January 15 to address internal divisions and unite the various groups. The call for unity came after a six-member SKM delegation, accompanied by a 101-member farmers' group, met leaders from the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Morcha and SKM (Non-Political) at the Khanauri border.

The move comes amidst growing frustration over the Modi government's indifference to the protests led by Dallewal—and a realisation that divided efforts may fail to achieve their objectives.

The government had previously claimed that the farmer unions were divided, complicating the possibility of talks.
