AHEAD of the assembly elections, leaders from both the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the BJP switched allegiances, citing governance issues and developmental priorities.

Four AAP leaders, including two municipal councillors, joined the BJP on Tuesday, expressing dissatisfaction with the functioning of the AAP-led Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
Among them, Shilpa Kaur, councillor from Bhajanpura, criticised the lack of progress in her area.
