Peace is most important, solution can't be found on battlefield: Modi
RUSSIA is likely to have peace with Ukraine as indicated by President Vladimir Putin's response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's stance of finding a solution to the conflict through dialogue and diplomacy.
"We would like to have peace with Ukraine, as PM Modi has oft mentioned, through dialogue and diplomacy. In fact, on June 14th President Putin said he wanted to end the conflict with Ukraine provided Ukraine promised to be neutral, nonnuclear and recognised the territories that have been acquired by Russia," said Russia's Charge d'Affaires Roman Babushkin on Wednesday.
