Prime Minister Narendra Modi will kick off the campaign addressing a rally at Kolkata’s Brigade Parade Ground on March 14. Party leaders are expecting a large crowd, seeing the rally as the starting point for the BJP’s plan for development, peace, and better governance in the state.
