Man arrested for rash driving in northwest Delhi

A 21-year-old man was arrested and his SUV impounded after a video showing alleged rash and dangerous driving on a busy stretch of National Highway-44 in northwest Delhi went viral on social media, a police official said on Tuesday.
The incident took place on Sunday between 3 pm and 4pm. In the video, a black ScorpioN SUV was seen being driven ina rash and negligent manner, zigzagging on NH-44/GTK Karnal Bypass Road towa
