Foxconn to invest $55 mn via Singapore subsidiary

TAIWANESE electronics manufacturing major Foxconn will invest $55.29 million in Bengaluru-based Foxconn Precision Engineering Private Limited.

The company, in an exchange filing in Taiwan, said the investment will be made via its Singapore-based subsidiary Foxconn Singapore Pte Limited. "Foxconn Singapore has acquired about 46,08,76,736 shares at ₹10 each, amounting to nearly $55.29 million (460.87 crore)," said the company.
