REPEATED pleas from her father failed to stop a 20-year-old student of Aligarh Muslim University from ending her life while being ona video call with him in Saudi Arabia.
Little did he know that what began as a routine call would become the final conversation with his daughter. The incident took place on Monday evening at the Sarojini Naidu Hostel of AMU. Inshah Fatima (20), a final-year Diploma in Computer Science student and a resident of the Baj Bahadur area of Azamgarh district, was living alone in her hostel room, police said.
