Concern over tiger poaching in U'khand

UTTARAKHAND is ramping up efforts to safeguard its tiger population by enlisting the help of the SSB (Sashastra Seema Bal) and ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police), along with search dogs.
The decision comes in response to the discovery of a dead tiger in Champawat and alerts issued by the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau and the National Tiger Conservation Authority.
