Citing seven-day notice rule, Punjab skips BBMB meet

A day after the Centre instructed the Punjab government to implement the Bhakra Beas Management Board's (BBMB) order and release an additional 4,500 cusecs of water to Haryana, the AAP-led government did not attend the scheduled meeting on Saturday.
Instead, it sent a letter requesting a postponement of the meeting.
