Prague can secure Robin Hood riches
The Journal
|October 29, 2025
THE high-class Prague may be able to make the most of having his sights lowered in the Robin Hood Stakes at Nottingham.
-
Dylan Cunha’s stable star was a brilliant winner of the Group Two Joel Stakes last autumn, but disappointed after being supplemented for the QEI on Champions Day at Ascot and has continued to find life tough this season.
The five-year-old has yet to enjoy a podium finish after six starts in 2025 so far, but has run with credit in races like the Summer Mile and the Superior Mile and was not beaten far by the exciting Zeus Olympios when defending his Joel Stakes title last month.
He was out of his depth in the Champion Stakes last time but has far less on his plate in the Midlands and the combination of soft ground, areturn to a mile and drop down to Listed level can help him bounce back.
Masked Warrior is backed to confirm debut promise in the EBF Stallions Golden Horn Maiden Stakes.
