FULHAM boss Marco Silva admits it was difficult to take a second late defeat to Newcastle United after Lewis Miley headed the Magpies into the semifinals of the Carabao Cup.

The game appeared to be heading for penalties with the tie locked at 1-1 before Miley headed home Sandro Tonali’s corner kick to give Eddie Howe's side the lead.
Yoane Wissa had earlier scored his first goal for the club - in his first start - after converting from close range when Fulham goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte spilled Jacob Murphy's cross into his path.
