Isak pays tribute to Newcastle team-mates, fans and the city

ALEXANDER Isak has posted a belated thank you to Newcastle United and the Toon Army after signing for Liverpool.

His words follow an inflammatory message from his agent Vlado Lemic, who sent a parting shot to the Magpies a day after the record breaking deal went through.
Isak, now on duty with Sweden for their World Cup qualification campaign, joined the Reds in a £130m and made no references to Newcastle during his media duties with Liverpool's official TV channel.
