Celeb favourite opens

THERE'S a new kid on the block when it comes to Newcastle's already thriving dining scene, with a new restaurant opening for business in the heart of the city in the last few days. And, as well as being absolutely stunning inside, it's a brand that has a growing number of celebrity fans.

For months now, the countdown has been on to popular chain Maki & Ramen opening their first ever venue in Newcastle city centre and, at the weekend, expectant and very excited customers got their taste of a menu that's packed full of colour and flavour.
