SLT-MOBITEL, the National ICT Solutions Provider, reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to innovation and youth empowerment by celebrating next-gen tech talent at the SLIoT Challenge 2025, Sri Lanka’s premier Internet of Things (IoT) competition, which concluded recently.

The event culminated in a successful Grand Finale and Awards Ceremony held at the University of Moratuwa. SLT-MOBITEL’s support towards the competition extended well beyond conventional assistance but played a meaningful role, driving SLIoT 2025 to greater heights.
Sponsored by SLT-MOBITEL and organised by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa, in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL), the SLIoT Challenge 2025 brought together hundreds of students and professionals from across the country. Participants competed in school, university, and open categories, showcasing groundbreaking IoT-based solutions designed to address real-world challenges and drive Sri Lanka’s digital transformation.
