Low bank interest rates sustain bullish surge at CSE

CSE trading indicated some bullish tendencies yesterday following the market reaching 20,000 Index points last Friday, market analysts said.
Positive macroenvironment conditions, especially low bank interest rates, enabled the market to break the psychological barrier of 20,000 Index points and create favourable investor sentiments. Amid those developments both indices moved upwards. The All Share Price Index went up by 252.16 points while S and P SL20 rose by 103.6 points.
