Life is not fair. Is it?

They gain entry uninvited through the attic and sit on the horizontally placed iron fence like partition (guarding the otherwise open space) by the attic floor, communicating with the rest of the house) like sitting on a commode. Their excreta fall a distance of about 15 feet onto my living room floor. The droppings have been there for some days and hence I needed to use a gardening trowel to extricate them off the floor.

Having seen the difficulty, I was sweeping the floor in order to scrub and mop it. I almost fell on my knees for they became lifeless at what became next.
