Police launch videos showcasing threat of cyber crime

A POWERFUL series of videos showcasing the human cost of cyber crime has been unveiled by specialist officers in West Yorkshire to assist businesses in safeguarding themselves against this ongoing threat.

The Cyber Talking Heads Trilogy features three authentic accounts from individuals at organisations that fell victim to cyber crime and the devastating impact it had upon them.

The series has been developed by officers from West Yorkshire Police's Cyber Crime Team as part of their continuous efforts to warn of the risks and increase awareness of what organisations can do to defend against cyber crime.

The professionally crafted videos emphasise the catastrophic consequences of being targeted by cyber criminals, and urge businesses and organisations to equip themselves with the knowledge and training required to help prevent them from becoming victims.
