Women frustrated as they are forced to take the draw

PLYMOUTH Argyle just missed out on a third win from four FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division games this season as they conceded a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw with AFC Wimbledon at Home Park, writes Chris Errington.
-
It was a result which leaves the Pilgrims in third position in the table, three points behind the two early pacesetters - Bournemouth and Watford. Phoebie Poole gave them a 28th minute lead from the penalty spot and they held onto that lead until the 88th minute when Ellie Dorey equalised.
"We dominated the game and created enough opportunities to probably win two games," head coach Marie Hourihan told Argyle TV. "We've got a point, but the overriding feeling is disappointment because we dominated in so many areas. I think they only got the ball into our box twice, but credit to Wimbledon because, from one free-kick opportunity, they were clinical. That's just the theme of the day for us.
