Tom's testing himself to the limit

TAKING PART IN 'SAS: WHO DARES WINS'
A PLYMOUTH mortgage advisor is among those taking on the unforgiving challenges set for SAS recruits in the Channel 4 series SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Tom Boulden is 'recruit 19' in the seventh series of the programme, where an elite team of ex-special forces operators put hopefuls to the ultimate test - this year in the Jordanian desert.
Tom is a mortgage advisor at Complete Mortgage Advice in Plymouth, and is married to his wife Helen. Together they live in the city with their dogs.
Following a serious car accident in 2019, the 33-year-old was diagnosed with PTSD and suffered with his mental health. The reason he took on the challenge was to show that men can talk about their feelings and be open about mental health, while remaining strong.
Before entering the Jordanian desert he said he felt "fearful" about what was going to happen on the course. However, he pushed on and has now got stuck in with the other recruits and the instructors.
