CRISTINA Varga's one-woman show at Theatre Royal Plymouth's The Drum was fast, funny and as warm as a summer's afternoon in Bucharest. Quite frankly, Close Enough is as close to perfection as theatre experiences get.
It's a comedy, based on Cristina's real life story, about a young woman who travels from her native Romania to study, work and follow her dream in the UK. It explores the stereotypes around immigrant women from Eastern Europe but does it with song, dance, film clips and lots of laughs.
