Second sexual assault suit filed against film-maker Tyler Perry

The Hollywood mogul Tyler Perry has been served with a $77m (£57m) lawsuit by an actor who claims the filmmaker used his entertainment industry clout to sexually assault him.
The lawsuit, filed last week in California, alleges Perry, 56, subjected Mario Rodriguez to repeated unwanted sexual advances, sexual battery and assault.
It is the second lawsuit in recent months to accuse Perry of sexual harassment. In June, he was sued by another man who accused him of using his "influence in the entertainment industry to create a coercive, sexually exploitative dynamic".
