Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kupwara, Gulzar Ahmad, who is also Adjudicating Officer wednesday imposed a fine of Rs.90,000 on various Food Business Operators (FBOs) for violating different provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act (FS&SA).
