How the youth can be engaged in private business and create jobs for others

Unlocking Potential: Engaging Youth in Private Business and Job Creation In every society, young people are the backbone of progress. Their energy, ambition, and creativity have the power to shape the future in remarkable ways. However, many struggle to find opportunities beyond the conventional path of government jobs. While stability is important, true economic growth comes from innovation, entrepreneurship, and private enterprise.

Encouraging youth to engage in business is not just about financial independence—it is about creating an ecosystem where they, in turn, generate employment and contribute to the larger economy. For this to happen, a shift in mindset is essential. Many young individuals grow up believing that success is defined by securing a government position. While such jobs provide security, they are limited in number and cannot accommodate everyone. A society that encourages young minds to think beyond this traditional route opens doors to countless possibilities. It starts with parents and educators reinforcing the idea that business and entrepreneurship are just as respectable and fulfilling. Schools and colleges should focus not just on theoretical knowledge but on practical skills that equip students to become self-reliant.
