It will be hoped that David Strelec wastes no time in soon adding to his one goal for Middlesbrough so far, which came in mid-November.

Strikers thrive on goals and the Slovak international, more than most, needs to start improving his tally.

We have yet to see Strelec's full repertoire on Teesside but it's not through lack of effort. He regularly gets into position to score goals but the ball rarely seems to come to him.

This lack of goals so far must be affecting his confidence. He stands watching the play going on around him and wondering what else he must do to get involved.
