Stalker who climbed into victim's home sent to prison

A STALKER climbed through a woman's window into her home.

Daniel Crawford, 33, got into the victim's home at night leaving her in “serious distress”.

On other occasions he sat in a vehicle outside her home and even followed her in her car, Teesside Crown Court heard.

Johnny Walker, prosecuting, said Crawford pulled up alongside the victim and he “began threatening her through her car windows”.

Crawford pleaded guilty to stalking involving fear of violence, and to making threats to commit criminal damage, at an earlier hearing.
