Police appeal after arson attack on salon

OWNERS of a Teesside beauty salon hit by an arson attack have vowed to come back 'better than ever'.

Cloud Studio in Hardwick opened in March this year but in the early hours of Monday morning it was the subject of an arson attack when the front shutters were set alight.

A neighbour saw the flames at the Piper Knowle Road premises and doused the flames.

Cleveland Police has confirmed it was a deliberate fire involving three males wearing dark clothing, who are suspected of starting the blaze at around 1am before fleeing the scene in a dark vehicle.
