'I will never forget this!'

A GROUP of talented young Teessiders were beckoned by the bright lights of London when they got to perform in the West End.

The students from Stockton's Razzamataz Theatre School got the chance of a lifetime to perform on the stage of Shaftesbury Theatre earlier this month.

The young actors, aged nine to 15, were in the capital to perform at the theatre for one night only and took part in a showstopping piece inspired by Annie the Musical.

Amber Gibney, Principal at Razzamataz Stockton, said: "There are no words to describe how proud I am of every single one of our students."

The Teesside students joined 11 other Razzamataz Theatre Schools nationwide to perform a sold-out West End showcase that delivered everything from soaring vocals and explosive choreography to heartfelt storytelling that held the audience breathless.
