Eatery cooks up another top award

A BANGLADESHI restaurant in Norton has enjoyed another taste of awards success after scooping the title of best in the North East.

Jolsha, at Harland Place in Norton, received the honour at the Tommy Miah International Indian Chef and Hospitality Awards ceremony, held in London.
It comes just a year after the eatery was crowned North East restaurant of the year 2024 by the Bangladesh Caterers Association.
Established in 1991, the Tommy Miah awards celebrated more than 30 winners across restaurants, catering, and hospitality services.
