A DESSERT shop chain has opened a Middlesbrough branch in a slice of the former Psyche designer clothing store.

Heavenly Dessert, which has branches in cities such as London and Manchester, has added to the offerings on Linthorpe Road, close to Teesside University.
Supervisor PJ Finches-Hated, a 27-year-old master's phototherapy student at Teesside University, said: “We launched on March 22; the franchise chose this location after seeing the success of other branches in Newcastle, York, Manchester, and London.
